Private and Group Bookings Ts & Cs

  1. You may book an individual or group private cooking event with Rachel’s Kitchen. Your booking will not be confirmed until a deposit payment of 50% of the total event fee has been received by bank transfer. You can use Paypal but additional fees may be added to reflect Paypal charges.  Rachel’s Kitchen will provide an invoice and payment details.  Receipt of your deposit payment and your event booking will be confirmed by email.
  2. If you need to cancel or change your event booking, we will need a minimum of four weeks’ notice, and in this case can refund the deposit minus any non-refundable costs that we incur.  If you cancel or change plans less than four weeks in advance, we cannot refund the deposit.
  3. Numbers need to be finalised one week before the event, and at the same time the balance of the total event fee is due.  If you cancel or change group size less than one week in advance, we cannot refund any of the fee.
  4. If we need to cancel your event, we will provide as much notice as possible and refund any fees you have paid.  Alternatively you may transfer the amount to another event and pay or receive the difference if applicable.
